Carbon fiber plate 100mm x 250mm x 2mm thick, 3K TOW, plain weave, high gloss surface. Multiple layers create a lightweight high-strength panel.

These carbon reed sheets are available in various thicknesses and can be individually cut to your needs. Changing the thickness does affect throttle response and torque. As a general rule, the thinner the reed, the better the throttle response. The thicker the reed, the torquier the response. In any case, carbon reeds are significantly better than the OEM steel items.

Our fiber sheet is stiff and rigid, great for flat panels with no contour. We use a 2x2 Twill weave pattern, which is the most common weave pattern in the auto industry. Our sheets are constructed using high-quality materials from reputable manufacturers in China.

We use a structural high-strength infusion epoxy resin in our panels to provide the strongest, toughest part we can. These panels have a high gloss finish on the face side and a fine-textured finish on the backside.
